OUR STORY

GrowMate CRM was inspired by a simple, yet powerful observation: small businesses, especially family-run and service-based operations, often struggle to stay connected with their customers after a service is complete. Our founder saw this firsthand while working in her mother's catering business. From serving food to managing client inquiries, she realized that customer relationships does not end after a transaction—they need to be nurtured.

This personal experience, paired with her entrepreneurial journey running a tutoring service, revealed a deeper truth: the CRM space often overlooks small businesses. Many owners lack accessible tools to track earnings, manage communications, and streamline day-to-day tasks. GrowMate CRM was born out of that gap—with the intention of being the "one-stop shop" that helps business owners grow.
